The late #KobeBryant has officially been named a 2020 inductee for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall Of Fame.
According to USA TODAY ; Bryant will be honored posthumously into the Hall Of Fame. Sources have confirmed that fellow all stars Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett will be inducted into the Hall of Fame later this year in the month of August.
Sources have confirmed that the official announcement was made Monday morning by HOF chairman and former USA Basketball Director Jerry Colangelo.
Colangelo has come forward to state, “Expected to be the most epic class ever with Kobe, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett. Kobe will be honored the way he should be.”
Reports read that Kobe was originally announced as an nominee back in December of 2020 alongside other candidates Duncan, Garnett, Tim Hardaway and Mugsy Bogues. The official list of inductees will be announced later this year within the month of April.
