#Cousins; our prayers have finally been answered the hit 90’s-2000’s sitcom Moesha is officially making a comeback!
According to Vibe Magazine; leading actress Brandy Norwood and her former television parents William Allen Young and Sheryl Lee Ralph took the stage together at the 29th annual DIVA foundation ceremony on Dec.1st.
As the the crowd loudly applaud with excitement from seeing the trio together; Lee asked Brandy if there will be an official Moesha reboot taking place. Within response she stated, “Yeah, absolutely. I’m here for it. I’m here to solidify that we’re gonna bring Moesha back.“
Moesha first aired on the UPN broadcasting channel from 1996-2001. The series zeroed in on the home life dynamic of a black middle class family in the 90’s. Also depicting the young teenage journey of Moesha Mitchell as she endured life changes from books to boys.
Sources have confirmed that as of right now there has been no word on which characters will revive their former characters such as Marcus T. Paulk (Miles Mitchell) , Star Jackson ( Niecy Jackson), and Fredro Starr ( Quinton Brooks, and Ray J ( Dorian Mitchell ) andCountess Vaughn ( Kim Parker ) .
