Sources have confirmed in order to be potentially considered for parole, an inmate must show some sort of remorse. Cosby goes on to say that he feels no remorse due to his beliefs that the entire trial was a set up including the jurors.

He also believe that’s his entire sentencing has to due with racial inequality. “I know what they’ve done to my people. But my people are going to view me and say, ‘That boy looks good. That boy is strong.’ I have too many heroes that I’ve sat with. Too many heroes whom I listened to like John Henrik Clarke, Kenneth Clark, and Dorothy Height. Those people are very strong, and they saw the rejection of their people. This is political. I can see the whole thing, he states.

Cosby has been sentenced to serve three to 10 years in a state prison near Philadelphia for the conviction of a 2004 sexual assault incident involving a Temple University employee.
