Iman Shumpert Inks Deal With Brooklyn Nets!

Congratulations are in order! Iman Shumpert is headed to his old stomping grounds of New York City after inking a deal with the Brooklyn Nets!

According to the #DailyNews ; the official announcement was made Wednesday afternoon. It has been indicated that Shumpert will be filling the open roster spot which was made available after Wilson Chandler had been moved to the suspension list. Sources have confirmed that details of Shumpert’s deal have not been forwarded as of yet.

Shumpert will be pairing up with his old teammate #KyrieIrvin . The two of them both played for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2014-2017. Rumors are heavily within circulation that it was Irvin that persuaded Shumpert into coming back to New York.

Shumpert began his professional basketball career in 2011 as a member of the New York Knicks. As a number 17 draft pick he played with them for three years. Shumpert’s first initial year gained him all rookie honors.
