Last week within the Brooklyn, New York City area; employees of the monumental library discovered a horrid scene, they will never forget. Two thickly roped nooses were found spiraling from various trees within 100 feet radius surrounding the premises. Completely astonished and startled by their findings, the NYC library employees immediately removed the ropes.
