“I don’t want black people in this place or in front of me “shouted a 33-Year-Old El Salvadoran Women, who moments later broke a beer bottle over a man’s head due to the color of his skin.
Actor Marius Makon also known as Elton Prince, provides an in-depth play by play of his encounter with the female racist.
The entire ordeal took place at a coffee shop.
Upon arriving to the front of the line; in the mist of -beginning his order; the Salvadoran Women began her rant of continuous racial slurs.
Completely unbothered but saddened by the women’s behavior-and direct display of hatred; Makon then replies:
“No miss, I will only be here for a moment and then I’m leaving. I don’t have any interest in staying near you for long. “
“She then replies ‘“I don’t care, your black piece of sh*t, get out of here, “Black piece of shit, I’m white. I can kill you and nothing will happen.
Makon made numerous attempts to get the Women to calm down; unfortunately her foul behavior not only continued but accelerated. She then took a glass bottle beer bottle and completely bashed Makon in his head and face until bystanders were forced to get involved.
The El Salvadoran Woman was placed in police custody for a short period of time for questioning and was later released.
Makon expresses his overall reaction of the incident:
“Now I am in my house and I look through these images [of my injuries] I do not feel any hate towards the woman,” said Makon via Facebook. “I want to say that I am not angry with her and I don’t know why. I am sad that she feels such hate, that she lives with hate. It saddens me that she does not enjoy life, that she doesn’t leave a small space in her heart to love.
“What’s funny is that before hitting me with the bottle she said to me, ‘I’m white and we are in Spain. I can kill you and nothing will happen to me.’ The truth is nothing has happened to her,” he continued. “After being identified she has gone home, while I have gone to mine with seven stitches. Now the problem is in the hands of the law. The law will decide on the sentence “
Spanish immigration and Refugee Support networks are requesting for the Salvadoran Women be charged and sentenced. She is rightfully deemed as the aggressor and should be prosecuted as such! She provoked an act of direct hate and acceleration of violence; shouldn’t she be treated as such?
