Desiigner Arrested in South Carolina on Third Degree Domestic Violence Charges!

Desiigner is facing legal trouble after being arrested earlier this month in Horry County.

According to reports from Fox 8 News, the 28-year-old artist, born Sidney Royel Selby III, was taken into custody following an alleged domestic violence incident.

Authorities responded to a residence on Arbor Ridge Circle after receiving a domestic violence alert.

An arrest warrant claims Desiigner forcibly took car keys from the mother of his child and allegedly threw her to the ground during the altercation. Reports state the woman sustained minor injuries, including scratches and bleeding to her arm and lower back.

Following the incident, Desiigner was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on charges of third-degree domestic violence. He was later released the next day after posting a $1,500 bond.

As of now, Desiigner has not publicly addressed the situation. This incident marks the latest in a series of legal issues for the rapper, who rose to fame with his breakout hit “Panda.”
