26 Year Old Ivy League Student Charged For Fatal Shooting Of UnitedHealthcare CEO!

Noir Nation! 26-year-old Luigi Mangione has officially been charged for the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in midtown Manhattan last week!

According to reports from TMZ Luigi has been charged with two counts of a loaded firearm arm, possession of a forged instrument, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The Ivy-league graduate was heard screaming, “It’s completely out of touch, and an insult to the intelligence of the American people and its lived experience,” as he was swiftly escorted into a federal courthouse on Tuesday, December 10.

According to Fox News, Luigi has pleaded not guilty to a charge of forging a document and criminal possession of a firearm in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested on Monday.

Sources state that Luigi is currently fighting extradition to New York where he has been charged with second-degree murder in connection to Brian’s death. New York officials are actively working to have Luigi extradited.

It has been indicated that Luigi belongs to a wealthy Baltimore, Maryland family, a high school valedictorian and an Ivy League graduate. Sources state that his social media accounts display images of him traveling, videos of his workout routine and also opening about health challenges he has faced, reports CNN.

In response to his arrest, Luigi’s family has issued a written statement.

“Unfortunately, we cannot comment on news reports regarding Luigi Mangione. We only know what we have read in the media.”

“Our family is shocked and devastated by Luigi’s arrest. We offer our prayers to the family of Brian Thompson and we ask people to pray for all involved. We are devastated by this news.”

Luigi has been denied bail at this time.
