Cousins! In less than 24 hours Quavo has pulled up to the function in response to Chris Brown’s name drop on his single ‘Freak’ regarding rumors of a potential relationship with Karrueche Tran!
The Atlanta, Georgia native uploaded a snippet of his song ‘Tender’ as he directly addresses Chris.
“You did the bitch wrong and now the bitch gone, she posted with a thug,” Quavo can be heard rapping on the hook. “Call the bitch phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up / It must be the drugs, need to cross out your plug.”
Further in the track, Quavo raps about Chris starting a beef with him based on his ex-girlfriend and then denying it in the past.
“Tell me, ‘lil bro, what’s your issue? It’s over a thot / You said it’s bigger than that, but no, it is not / It’s cause I be diggin’ in that, it got ’em hot,” Quavo rapped. “I’m givin’ respect, but I know you not / Your bitch on my neck, your bitch at the spot.”
Quavo went on to reference Chris’ domestic violence case with Rihanna from 2009. According to Complex, Karrueche was granted a five-year restraining order back in 2017 against Chris after he reportedly threatened her in a series of text messages.
As we previously reported Chris dissed Quavo in a track titled ‘Freak’ a part of his deluxe edition of his 2023 album 11:11 album.
“Fucking my old bitches ain’t gone make us equal,” Chris raps . “Sipping that 1942 ’cause I don’t do no Quavo / Freak bitch she like Casamigos not the Migos.”
Quavo and Chris’ beef dates back to 2017 when rumors on social media speculated that Karrueche had been dating the Migos’ rapper. It has been stated that Chris and Quavo had an exchange of words backstage at the BET Awards that same year.
Karrueche has since denied any relations with Quavo and hasn’t been romantically linked to Chris since 2015 after news leaked that he birthed a child outside of their union.
