Cousins! A man has come forward within an issued lawsuit claiming that he was brutally attacked by Chris Brown earlier this year while partying at a London nightclub!
According to TMZ, Abe Diaw states that he was allegedly hit over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila in February while at a TAPE nightclub located in England. He says that he has known for the Grammy winning singer for over five years and thought that Chris had been approaching him to hug him.
In his lawsuit, Abe declares that Chris allegedly used the bottle of liquor as a weapon to repeatedly hit him over the head with “crushing blows.”
Within court documents obtained by the outlet, Abe is said to have fallen unconscious. He claims that the beatdown continued as Chris allegedly stomped him out as he lay motionless on the ground.
Abe says that he was hospitalized with cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg as a result of the attack.
The singer’s accuser says there is a video of the alleged attack, he expresses that he is hopeful that London cops have footage of the incident. Abe also states that he can identify Chris in the video as he describes him as being a fugitive in the United Kingdom following the alleged ordeal.
Abe is suing Chris for damages and emotional distress as he says that he fears his injuries may be permanent.
