Cousins! Quavo’s personal assistant is taking legal action against the Houston, Texas venue where he was injured following the tragic death of fellow Migos member TakeOff!

The issued lawsuit details that Joshua Washington was one of three victims wounded last year while attending the private party at 810 Billiards & Bowling.

According to Fox 26 Houston News, Joshua is suing the venue upon claims of failing to provide sufficient security, screening measures, or emergency assistance both before and after the tragic shooting that resulted in the death of Takeoff and injuries of three others, himself included.

Sources state that Joshua is being represented by Civil Rights Attorney Bakari Sellers from the Strom Law Firm as well as Audia Jones from the Law Office of Audia Jones.

Reports read that Joshua was hit on the right side of his body barely missing his colon. Within the suit, Joshua says that the venue left him and the other victims to fend for themselves after being shot.

Obtained court records detail Joshua’s claims that 810 Houston owners failed to conduct basic security measures to ensure attendees’ safety.

WSB-TV reports that TakeOff’s mother In a l Titania Davenport issued a lawsuit against the venue in June claiming that the venue didn’t provide enough security for the event.

She is seeking damages for her son’s wrongful death, pain and suffering, and funeral expenses including mental anguish for the family. Titania alongside her son’s estate are seeking $1 million in damages.

Joshua is seeking between $250,000 and $1 million in damages.
