Cousins! Trey Songz has officially been cleared of all charges following a 2022 bowling alley attack in New York City where he was identified as the aggressor!
According to reports from TMZ, the Virginia native accepted an appeal after pleading guilty to a single count of disorderly conduct violation in connection to the incident. It has been indicated that prosecutors have agreed to dismiss a total of 10 charges against Trey which include assault and aggravated harassment.
Trey has also been ordered to complete 12 anger management classes by the month of August. A representative of his says he’s already began completing each session.
As we previously reported Trey was accused on punching a woman in her face multiple times and pulling her hair within the bathroom area of bowling alley establishment in New York City.
Another victim came forward in saying that Trey had punched him in the eye during the altercation.
“We appreciate the New York law enforcement and the District Attorney’s office for their comprehensive investigation and careful consideration of all evidence, which ultimately confirmed what we had known all along and resulted in the District Attorney’s office choosing not to pursue any of the original charges against our client,” said Trey’s attorney Mitchell Schuster.
He added, “With each and every one of the 10 original charges now dismissed by operation of law, Trey looks forward to putting this matter behind him.”
