Cousins! A 94 year old Iranian man known as the, “dirtiest man in the world” is currently trending throughout social media following reports that he has passed away at 94 years old.
According to The Guardian , the man was said to have not bathed with water or soap in over 60 years. Local villagers share that the man referred to as Amou Haji had underwent a traumatic emotional experience as a child that triggered him to not wash.
Back in 2014 Haji told reporters that he survived off roadkill and smoked pipe everyday filled with animal feces. He revealed his belief that cleanliness would kill him. It has been indicated that news of his death comes just a few months after locals persuaded him into taking his first bath in over 5 decades.
Sources confirm that Haji passed away on Sunday within the village of Dejgah in the southern province of Fars. He was said to be covered in soot and living in what was described as a cinder-block shack. He is said to have no family, children or wife. No cause of death has been determined at this time.
