A husband has been left with the burden of a broken heart after his wife tragically passed away following a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery!

According to the New York Post, Tandra Bowser-Williams, 49 had traveled to the Dominican Republic where she underwent a fat transfer surgery. It has been stated that she sadly passed away days after from a massive stroke.

Reports read that the May 13th surgery was conducted by phony Plastic Surgeon Hector Cabral, that has been confirmed as operating without a license. NY Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman has stated this is not Hector’s first go round as he was previously indicted back in 2011 on 10 counts of operating without a medical license, fraud and conspiracy charges.

Tandra’s husband Curtis Williams says that she was confident of Hector’s work despite his previous track record “Her exact words to me were, ‘you’re gonna love Dr. Cabral’s work.’ I didn’t care one way or another. I accepted my wife the way she was.” He continues, “Everybody is distraught. She was the heart, the lifeline of the family. The heartbeat.”

Curtis recalls that he received a call a day after Tandra’s surgery from a nurse at United Hearts Clinic, upon where she had been moved before her death. Unfortunately she passed before he could arrive to the.

The Daily News confirms that Hector’s clinic cleared the bill for Curtis’ travel to the Dominican Republic, including all additional costs related to his wife’s passing. From the local funeral home costs to having her body embalmed.

Hector has previously been accused of charging for consultations and medical examinations at spas and beauty parlors in New York while also allegedly luring patients with discounted prices to the Dominican Republic for bargain cosmetic surgeries. It has been stated that his work has left many women permanently disfigured.

“She was always a good captain, never tried to escape work, always worked in the jails, always worked with inmates,” says President of the Correction Captains union, Patrick Ferraiuolo. “It’s a real loss. She certainly didn’t deserve this. She was a trooper.”

Sadly, Tandra’s death is said to not be under any police investigation at this time.
