Cousins!
Black-Ish may be coming to an end soon, but for actor and comedian Anthony Anderson, it is just the beginning of new opportunities!
According to Rolling Out, Anderson stopped by “The Breakfast Club” morning radio show, where he revealed he is 15 credits short of graduating from Howard University.
Staying on the subject, Anthony said he supported his son dropping out of school to pursue music and acting. His son also attended Howard and Anthony said he would have to make it on his own without his father’s assistance.
What makes it very interesting is Anderson attended Howard back in the day, and he dropped out too. Talk about a full-circle moment.
Talking to the hosts, Anderson says, “It was something that I wanted. We have to face it, college isn’t for everyone, and apparently, it wasn’t in the cards for my son. I couldn’t force my beliefs on him and what I thought an education was because of how I grew up and whatnot.”
“I still plan on getting my degree from Howard. I’m still 15 credits short. I’m still working on that program. I just won’t be graduating with my son in 2022, but I will be graduating from HU.”
Do not ever think you can not achieve anything! Congratulations to Anthony Anderson on his achievement.
