A U.S Navy sailor is currently facing murder charges following reports that he fatally shot his wife’s lover after walking in on them having sex!

According to The New York Post, Tyler Lamar Jenkins, 26 entered a room of the Virginia home she shares with his wife and caught her in a sexual act with fellow seaman Timothy Paul Talley III, 28.

Reports read that Timothy was struck multiple times during the ‘domestic related shooting ‘ and was pronounced dead at the scene.

As officials escorted Tyler out he asked them “What am I doing wrong?” He told the police officers that someone was having sex with his wife in his house. His wife told responding officers that she was, “ engaged in a sexual act” with Timothy when her husband opened fire at her boyfriend reads court documents.

Tyler later admitted that he has shot Timothy a total of three times.

The gun he used to kill his wife’s lover was recovered at the home, police said. Investigators did not disclose the relationship between the men in Saturday’s statement.

Online records show, Tyler currently remains held without bond. He has reportedly been denied a public defender due to his income and is scheduled to appear in court on May 12.
