The New York Police Department has officially arrested the man responsible for the deadly armed robbery incident at Burger King over the weekend!

Winston Glynn, 30 has been identified through various surveillance footage angles reports Pix 11 news. Following his arrest, he was taken to the 25th precinct.

Sources have confirmed that not only is Winston currently facing charges for murder, robbery, possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm, he also has four prior arrests and charges on his record.

As we previously reported Glynn entered a local Burger King in Harlem around midnight last weekend. He demanded money from employees as he knocked out the store’s manager.

After Kristal Bayron Nieves gave him all of the money in the cash register, Winston turned around and shot her in the torso before fleeing the scene.

She was only working there a couple of weeks prior to the incident and had requested to be taken off from the 11PM to 7AM shift.
