The cold weather won’t be the only reason we’re inside now and happy about it, HBO Max just announced an overdose of nostalgia with a 90s through 2000s Star line up of some of our favorite Black sitcoms!
According to Deadline, hit series such as the Jamie Foxx Show, Family Matters, In The House, Parenthood, Hangin With Mr.Cooper and Martin more are now available on HBO Max.
Reports read that the super streaming acquired rights to all five of the Warner Bros. Cousins original series.
HBO Mas has also inked a sweet deal with their corporate sibling to stream Season 2 of the current OWN drama David Makes Man.
90’s sitcom Hangin with Mr. Cooper starred Mark Curry, Holly Robinson Peete, Saundra Quarterman). The cast also includes Nell Carter, Marquise Wilson, Dawnn Lewis, Omar Gooding and Luis Avalos, portraying the story of former college basketball star turned cool substitute teacher.
The sitcom, In The House brought together legendary actors such as Debbie Allen, LL Cool J, Alfonso Ribbero and more. The show surround the storyline of a former football player and a newly divorced single mom living together that don’t know one another.
