Body camera footage of Ohio police officials literally yanking a disabled Black man out of his vehicle is currently circulating throughout social media as users watch in outrage of the inhumane incident!

On September 30th Clifford Owensby was pulled over within a reported traffic stop by officers.

It has been indicated that officers obtained his license and information including his previous records that allegedly showed past occurrences of drug usage.

Within the circulated clip officers can be heard requesting Clifford to step out of the vehicle so they could conduct a free air smell test. He declined their request and informed them that he was unable to move because he was a paraplegic.

“No you’re not. No you’re not. You don’t touch me,” Clifford said, within the video. “You’re definitely not about to touch me.” He then requested a superior be called to the scene while threatening to file a lawsuit if the officers placed their hands on him.

“Here’s the thing, I’m going to pull you out and then I’ll call a white shirt,” the officer responded, within the clip. “Because you’re getting out of the car. That’s not an option. You’re getting out this car, so you can cooperate and get out of the car or I will drag you out of the car. Do you see your two options here?”

Moments later Clifford was ripped out of his car violently with his hair being pulled as he was thrown to the ground.

Reports read that the victim obtained numerous scrapes and injured his back again following a previous injury. According to Revolt he was later cited in Dayton Municipal Court with traffic citations for child restraint or seat belt and tinted glass.
