Reports read that the agents are using these vicious and inhumane tactics to prevent Haiti residents from crossing the boarder.

The country has endured numerous blows this year following the assassination of their President Jovenel Moise in July followed by a massive earthquake resulting in the death of over 1,000 civilians.
“Sanitary products, they aren’t any. There isn’t any food either. They do not give you anything…. “What kills me about that is that everyone knows what we Haitians are going through,” says a Haiti civilian named Nicolas to Blavity. “There’s no president; crime is high, students can’t go to school, there’s no work, the economy is down — people can’t put up with that. Deportation is not good for us.”
According to NBC News the Biden administration is taking action upon plans of deportation against an expected 10,000 plus Haitians that have taken shelter under a bridge in Texas recently.
The White House has since responded to the circulated videos and images, “I have seen some of the footage. I don’t have the full context. I can’t imagine what context would make that appropriate,” says White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki to reporters. “I don’t think anyone seeing that footage would think it was acceptable or appropriate.”
She goes on to say , “we just have to get more information on that” before she could comment further.”
Jen says she believes that the agents in the photos should be terminated, “they should never be able to do it again.”
They’ve argued that the usage of whips has r been confirmed and that they could just be extremely long horse reigns.
