Trey Songz has found himself in hot water once again as he has recently been hit with a lawsuit alleging that he punched a bartender at a concert in 2019!
According to TMZ the reported incident took place on May 9th, 2019 at the Hollywood Palladium around midnight.
The unidentified bartender has forwarded claims that Trey had jumped on top of the bar to sit and watch the show. He states that he informed the singer that it was against the venue’s policy to do so.
Court documents read that the Virginia native allegedly ignored the bartender which lead to him putting his hand on Trey’s shoulder to get his attention for him to come down from the bar.
It has been indicated that Trey reportedly turned around, punched the bartender in the head, and continued watching the show.
The Bartender claims that he suffered physical pain from the incident, emotional and physical injuries. He’s suing for damages.
