Cousins!
The ladies of the ‘Red Table Talk’ have officially returned for an all new season and their kicking things off with an intimate and informative conversation surrounding sexuality!
Within the recently released episode hosts Jada Pinkett- Smith, Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris also known as Gammy; discuss women falling in love with other women.
“I’ve swooned a lot, I will say that … I’ve had two times [when] I’ve been infatuated with a woman,” says Jada.
Her mother reveals she’s though she’s thought about experimenting with women she never acted on it, “I just never allowed myself to even experiment with it.”
“And I know I’ve thought about, ‘Oh wow, a threesome might be really enjoyable,’ but just could never,” she states. “You know how I was raised, with all that guilt and shame around sex, so I definitely didn’t have the freedom to consider it, as far as love is concerned.
Newly wedded couple Niecy Nash and her wife Jessica Betts guest stared in the episode also to speak on same sex marriage and how their marriage changed their lives.
“I’ve dated men all my life, too. Married a couple of ’em,” says Niecy.
She admits that she had been married two times in the past, “But it was the first time in my life I had ever felt fully seen.”
Niecy Nash’s red table talk episode. So many feelings. The cuteness. The love. Her being free with her wife. Yea. I loved it. 😭

Referring to Jessica as her ‘hersband’Niecy states, that she though she has never dated a woman in her life she feels as if she’s found love within the most genuine soul.
“A lot of people had said at the beginning, ‘Niecy Nash has finally come out,'” says Niecy.
“And I said, ‘Well, come out of where?’ Because I wasn’t in anywhere. I wasn’t living a sexually repressed life … I loved the boys I was with when I was with them. And now this is who I love. I wasn’t living a lie or trying to make myself like a man. I mean, I liked ’em. I liked ’em real good but now I’m on the new new. If I had to label myself in this moment, I would label myself with the term ‘free’
I can't stop thinking about how happy Niecy Nash looked on the Red Table Talk. That episode might set some people free. I think it's powerful to be able to redefine what love could mean to you and with who.
