The man responsible for the death of beloved Los Angeles rapper and businessman Nipsey Hussle is currently requesting to receive a deal on the proposed $6.5 million dollar bail bond as he states he is not a risk to the public!

Eric Holder, 31 appeared in court recently alongside his public defender, together they have filed a motion to have his bail reduced reports the Daily News.

Eric’s attorney argues that prior to Nipsey’s death his criminal history was insignificant even including his one felony conviction for a concealed firm.

“Based on the isolated nature of this case, Mr. Holder does not pose a risk of harm to the public.”

The court document explains that Eric is not a flight risk because he doesn’t hold a passport and is valuables to his family and the community, including a father who’s a government worker.

Eric’s motion is currently under review as an official decision will be made on April 6th.
