Though we all can agree that the pandemic has long overstayed its welcome within society, thousands have vowed against taking a vaccine of any sort due its overall uncertainty.

However It appears that the official development of a COVID-19 vaccine is still underway and according to the pharmaceutical company of Pfizer they’ve confirmed it to be over 90% effective.

CNN reports that Pfizer has recently come forward with claims that along with their German partner BioNTech they’ve successfully created a vaccine that has reportedly delivered an 90% effective rate.

The company has stated that within roughly 28 days after taking the vaccine an individual becomes fully protected from the virus. Sources have confirmed that the vaccine requires two dosages in order to be effective.

This news has been forwarded despite the Food and Drug Administration’s initial expectancy of a forwarded coronavirus vaccine only being 50% effective.

It has been indicated that on Monday morning Pfizer CEO Dr. Sanjay Gupta declared the vaccine as , “ the greatest medical advance within the world’s last 100 years.”
