Following his recent arrest earlier by Beverly Hills police outside of a Trump rally, #Offset has been released!

As we previously reported Offset had been allegedly stopped upon claims that he was waving a gun.

Within an instagram live video viewed by over 30,000 viewers Offset is shown being detained.

He is heard stating that he is not removing his hands from the steering wheel of the vehicle as the officers approached him and demanded for him to shut his phone off.

In the now viral video an officer is heard saying, “We were told that you guys were waving guns at people.”

Offset responded,”You just watched somebody beat my car up with a flag. What are you talking about?”

The officers then proceeded to unlock his door as OffSet said, “That’s not legal, you can’t just open my door.”

It has been indicated that Offset was questioned and released immediately but was never arrested. No gun was present within the video
