Breonna Taylor‘s family has spoken out publicly for the very first time following the Louisville Grand Jury’s decision to not charge the three officers for her murder!

The press conference was held by Breonna’s family attorney Ben Crump on Friday morning in Louisville, Jefferson Park, reports CNN.

Within the heavy statement Breonna’s aunt alongside her mother and sister called out the justice system for ultimately failing their loved one.

Breonna’s aunt read the powerful statement directly to the public written by her mother addressing the Grand Jury as well as Attorney General Daniel Cameron expressing their disappointment for not only robbing their loved one of her life but denial of justice as well.

“The judge who signed the search warrant failed her. The terrorist who broke down her door failed her. The system as a whole has failed her. You didn’t just rob me and my family, you robbed the world of a Queen.”

Reports read that Crump also addressed the public as he questioned what exact evidence did the Attorney General forward to the Grand Jury that made allowed them to arrive at such a verdict.

“Breonna Taylor’s entire family is heartbroken … and confused and bewildered, just like all of us, as to what did Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron present to the grand jury,” stars Crump.

“Did he present any evidence on Breonna Taylor’s behalf, or did he make a unilateral decision to put his thumb on the scales of justice to help try to exonerate and justify (the killing) by these police officers?”
