Today marks the four year anniversary of World Afro day!

A day dedicated to the celebration and education of naturally kinky afro textured hair!

World Afro day originally founded by Michelle De Leon, endorsed by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human rights and the London Mayor’s Office was established to remove societal bias associated with Afro hair.

Reports read that the holiday has gained major traction and recognition due it’s overall message of positivity.
