We ask you all to please join us in sending our deepest condolences to the family of an Alabama State University student who was recently found dead just one week after being reported missing!

#AdamDowdell Jr , 22 body was discovered Monday afternoon within radius of the University’s campus, reports the New York Post .

Sources have confirmed that Adam last spoke to his siblings on Tuesday, September 8th for the very last time.

His mother Toya Chill states that she began to receive text messages from Adam’s friends when he didn’t return to his dorm room prior to him leaving the night before with another student in search of an ATM.

Reports read Adam’s body was taken to the Alabama Depart of Forensic Science for an autopsy. As of right now there has been no details upon the cause of his death and no suspects in custody or arrested.

“I just want my child back,” states Toya to local news.
