We’ve gotten good news on behalf of beloved singer #TamarBraxton following her recent hospitalization, it has now been confirmed that she is awake, alert and currently seeking mental health treatment!
As we previously reported, Tamar was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on July 16th after being found unresponsive by her boyfriend David Adefeso. It has been indicated that she suffered from a possible overdose – suicide attempt.
“Tamar has been transferred to another facility for further evaluation and treatment,” states Tamara’s rep said in a forwarded statement on Monday, July 20. “Out of respect for Tamar’s privacy and that of her family, no additional information is available at this time.”
The statement continues, “The outpouring of support that Tamar has received is a testament to the light that she brings to people.”
