#Cousins;
New York Governor #AndrewCuomo is in full support of a new bill that would identify contacting the police with false accusations against them based on race, gender or religion a hate crime, following viral video of #AmyCooper !
According to People; the bill was originally proposed by NY state Assemblyman Felix Ortiz in 2018, however the bill became furthermore necessary following the horrific incident between a white woman who lied about being attacked by a Black man within Central Park as she frantically called 911.
Oh, when Karens take a walk with their dogs off leash in the famous Bramble in NY’s Central Park, where it is clearly posted on signs that dogs MUST be leashed at all times, and someone like my brother (an avid birder) politely asks her to put her dog on the leash. pic.twitter.com/3YnzuATsDm

“We’ve seen 911 calls which are race-based, false calls,” Cuomo states at a news briefing last week.
“A false 911 call based on race should be classified as a hate crime in the state of New York.” He referred to the law as the “cornerstones of a real reform.”
Reports read that any individual that violates this law could be placed behind bars for 1-5 years.
