#JadaPinkettSmith is utilizing her online platform and show #TheRedTableTalk to not only change people lives one day at a time but to also show the daily struggle of others and how we all inadvertently can relate!
Within the next up and coming episode set to air Monday November 11th ; Jada and her mom Adrienne Bainfield-Norris sit down with actor and comedian #TommyDavidson. According to #PeopleMagazine ; he shares some of his deepest and darkest moments from his childhood. From being abandoned at an extremely young age to his exceedingly alarming drug addiction.
Also within the new episode Davidson sheds light on a life defining moment for him that he shared with Jada while on the set of the 90’s film Woo.
“[The] first time that we worked together — and I really got to know you on the set of Woo — I came out for a scene and you looked at me and you said, ‘Something’s wrong with you,’” Davidson, 55, recalled. “I was like, ‘What you talking about? Let’s just get to work.’”
He goes on to state even that though he tried to cover up what he was feeling inside Jada wouldn’t let up.
“I said, ‘My mother contacted my real mother and she was on the phone. I got a chance to talk to her but I don’t want to deal with that,’” states Davidson. “She said, ‘Oh really? OK, hold — that’s a wrap!”
Jada closed off the day of production and and urged Davidson to go meet his mom.
He goes on to thank Jada because that moment “lead to our conversation to finally meeting my real mom,” Davidson states.
