Dr Dre To Be Honored At Producer And Engineers Wing Event During Grammy Week!

The legendary #DrDre is set to be honored at the Recording Academy’s 13th annual Producers & Engineers Wing at the 2020 Grammy’s Week celebration.

Dr Dre’s successful mark within the music industry as a producer, actor, artist and hip hop pioneer spans upon the course of over 20 plus years. As a three time #Grammy award winner for production and engineering, it’s only right that Dre is next in line to receive such a notable honor.

According to #YahooNews the kick off event will take place Jan 22nd at the the Village studios in West Los Angeles. The Grammy’s announced this week, “will pay tribute to the artistic achievements and innovations of Dre.”

“An influential force in music, Dre breaks boundaries and inspires music creators across every genre. His evolution as a producer solidifies him as a leader of the pack within our industry, and we watch in amazement as he continues to shape the future of music,” states President and CEO of the Recording academy Deborah Dugan.

The event is set to pay tribute to Dre’s impactful legacy within the industry while also issuing homage to the creativity of the long list of members within the Producers & Engineers Wing.

The 62nd Annual Grammy Awards will air Sunday Jan. 26, 2020 and air live on CBS at 8 p.m. EST/PST.
