We can all agree; that’s there’s a definite thin line between comedy and reality. A line that most comedians discover the hard way. The latest comedian to endure this career threatening lesson just so happens to be #Baltimore, #Maryland native, Jess Hilarious.
According to #EssenceMagazine , Jess posted a now deleted video to her social media handle of #instagram . Sources have stated that the video consisted of Jess on an airplane and her reaction towards four men boarding the same plane as her wearing turbans. It has been implicated that Jess stated she felt threatened immediately. It wasn’t long before multiple social media users dragged her for the poor and stereotypical content.
The comedian initially responded to users by stating “F-ck y’all, I feel how I feel. I felt threatened and that was it. F-ck y’all“ , which has now been deleted. She then forwarded a video where she explained : “N-ggas know I’m never f-cking racist, but I spotted something, and I put it out earlier and we just got evacuated from our plane.” Stating there was no reason announced by the staff and that the men were removed from the plane. Though there is a rumor circulating that Jess, had the passengers removed, she has implied that it’s not true. “Look y’all I’m not racist and never have I ever been,” she goes on to state We have Muslims in my family however I was totally unaware of the different types of Muslim so yes I admit I’m ignorant to the facts so teach me.”” I got no one put off the f-ckin’ plane, I didn’t even say sh-t to anyone else on the f-ckin’ plane about how I felt! Again I’m sorry to ALL Muslims… deeply sorry! But I am not a racist loves.”
