In a video shared to Instagram, Dame revealed he wants to squash his long-standing beef with rappers Cam’ron and 50 Cent, while explaining that he’s open to having a sit-down conversation to clear the air.

“So you know, I’m sitting here on the dock looking at the view, and I’m thinking like, why am I beefing camp? And the only reason why is because I just never got to talk to him.”

“He publicly said he wasn’t going to talk to me,” Dane added. “But almost every OG from Harlem and everyone I respect is like, Yo cut this shit. It’s embarrassing. So, you know, Daniel spoke to Cam, and we could resolve this. I just want to talk to him, and it’s over.”

🎤 The History of the Beef

Dame has had a complicated relationship with both Cam’ron and 50 Cent over the years. Conflicts reportedly stemmed from business disagreements, public comments, and long-standing rivalries in the New York hip-hop scene. Fans have followed the tension for years, making any potential reconciliation a highly anticipated event in the culture.

Dash says he’s open to discussions and hopes the conversation will be productive.

“I can’t be violent and I won’t be violent, and I don’t want any of my friends to be violent. My job is to keep them out of jail. So the only way I can deal with things, to keep certain things out of the algorithm is to answer as soon as somebody says something. And my version of violence is just lawsuits.”

While nothing official has been scheduled, the hip-hop world is watching closely. Many are curious if Cam’ron and 50 Cent will respond and whether this could spark a new era of unity in the industry.

Let’s show the world that Black people can work together challenge… I’m not doing this corny shit no more. I got work to do. Let’s just resolve this and move forward collectively. Let’s show the world that they can’t divide us over bulls**t. that jig is up #Checkmate,” reads Dame’s caption.

For Noir Nation, it’s a reminder that even in a world filled with drama and competition, there’s always room for growth, forgiveness, and moving forward. Could this be the start of a major hip-hop peace movement—putting past beef to bed?
